They’re printed using a method known as direct-dye sublimation. This technique cures the ink right into the flag material resulting in vivid displays. The pole hardware is made from a sturdy carbon composite and has a one year warranty, when given proper installation and care. They can either be printed in single-reverse or double-sided options.

Step 3 - Choose Design Method
Feather flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process on our flag material. Direct dye-sublimation printing means that the ink goes through the material instead of just sitting on top of the material.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.

Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to design your own feather flags, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we send the order into production.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

What kind of material are these flags made out of?
These products are printed on a polyester-nylon blend material.
Where do I find the proper template for my flag size?
Locate the Template tab in the design/product option box. There you will find the appropriate template to download and customize.
Can I order a double-sided flag?
You can order single or double-sided. Be advised that the single-sided flag will mirror the image on the reverse side. So if you want your messaging readable on both sides, then select the double-sided option.
What are the assembly steps to set up my flag?
First, begin by inserting the metal rods in an ascending order from smallest to largest to build out the flag pole. Be careful not to forcibly put the poles together. Next, pound the stake into the earth. Finally, put your flag onto the pole.
How long will this flag last outdoors?
All feather flags have an expected outdoor lifespan of 3-6 months with continuous use.
