Step-By-Step Instructions For Ordering Banners With A Graphic Design Expert from

There are three ways you can order custom products online at Customize one of our many templates, upload a design file of your own, or work with one of our graphic designers. Here, we’ll walk you through using the "Let us Design" option for our most common product, Full Color Vinyl Banners. For best results, please create a account prior to starting your order to save steps in the checkout process.


Step 1: Choose Size and Quantity

The first step is to choose your product's size by setting the height and width in the drop-down menu. You will then select the quantity that you need.

Step 2: Choose Your Add-Ons

The second step is to select which product options you want your banner to have. The standard finishing includes heat-welded hems and grommets, but you can also get 2" or 3" pole pockets, reinforced hems, and reinforced corners.

Step 3: Choose Design Method "Let Us Design"

Next, just click on the "Let Us Design" button.

This will bring up a pop-up window where you will be able to upload any files you want to be included in your design, such as logos or photos you want to feature. You will also need to provide instructions for the graphic designer. The more detailed the instructions, the easier it will be for our team to create something that matches your vision! Once you are finished, click on the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 4: Product Options

The next step is to review your product options. You will be able to change the quantity of banners and edit any of the options you previously selected. You will also be able to select your production time and add any additional information about your order. There is also a check box where you can select whether or not you want to get a proof from a customer service representative. Regardless of if you check the box or not, you will receive a proof from the graphic designer via email. You will need to approve the proof via email before your order goes into production. When everything looks correct, click on the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 5: Shopping Cart

In the shopping cart, you will still be able to edit the quantity, and remove any unwanted products from the cart. You will also be able to apply any promotion codes. Once you enter in your shipping zip code you will be able to see the UPS shipping options available. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you are done.

Step 6: Billing and Shipping​

Finally, you must fill in all the information on the Billing and Shipping page in order to proceed. You can either pay with a credit card or with a check. Once your order is complete, click on the "Review My Order" button. That’s it! Your order will be submitted and one of our talented graphic designers will be assigned to your project. Next, you’ll get an email proof for you to approve once they’ve created the design to your specifications.
